Technikon is an engineering and manufacturing company that specializes in fast turnaround, complex geometry metal castings. This is done by using digitally printed sand molds and cores directly from a CAD file. We can save our customers money by eliminating the need for hard tooling in prototype or small run-lot quantities.

We can cast parts in iron, steel, aluminum and brass/bronze.

We have also saved our customers money by re-engineering welded or fabricated components into metal castings that reduce steps all the way through machining.

Technikon also operates the Casting Emission Reduction Program (CERP) that is a metal casting program for the Department of Defense (U.S. Army) and the United States Council for Automotive Research (USCAR). All published CERP reports are available on the CERP web site at www.cerp-us.org.
